Kendra Novak is a real estate broker and the owner of Novak Realty, LLC, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She has practiced the principles and exercises she created for this book and built a successful business with multi-million-dollar sales and ten real estate professionals on her team and counting. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001 by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. In 2007-2008 during the national housing crisis, Kendra founded Novak Realty. Her firm flourished despite worldwide financial headwinds – a testament to her passion, leadership, and natural ability to relate to anyone and everyone. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Minor in Entrepreneurship from Louisiana State University (Cum Laude), and a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University. As of 2020-2022, she is a member of the Louisiana REALTORS Association Board of Directors, and the Greater Baton Rouge Association of REALTORS Board of Directors where in 2021 she was First-Vice President then President-Elect in 2022 transitioning to become President in 2023. She is a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager by the National Association of REALTORS, (REBI), and a Certified Professional in Human Resources, (HRCI). Kendra is in the Top 100 People in Real Estate Magazine.
